We will usually ship your order on the following day after it was received. If it’s placed before 10am though, we’ll do our best to get it shipped out on the same day – however we can’t guarantee this.

As soon as we’ve prepared your order for shipment, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. We use NZ Post to courier our packages.

Delivery is expected to take 1-2 days for standard addresses, with rural addresses expected to take 3-4 days – so please keep this in mind when ordering as these are food products. 

We do recommend you use a business address for your delivery.
